OVERVIEW

This program seeks to assist students in constructing an overall plan for college. Because college judges its students based on the sum total of their performance in high school, it is crucial that they begin their journey toward college readiness immediately as they arrive in high school.

Q:    What are we looking to achieve through this program?

A:    This program is being put in place to help students understand that going to college is a reasonable and realistic goal that can be attained through planning and diligent attention to necessary tasks.

OUR POSITION

All students do not have supportive environments, nonetheless, support can come from other sources.  Young people need personal contact and guidance in order to become and believe they are capable of being college-ready.We are proposing to come along side of, fill in the gaps for, and take the lead in the efforts of achieving the overall goal of having students college ready once they graduate high school.
