We believe that by building youth into godly leaders we will be giving them the opportunity to impact their families, community and the city. Our Leadership team is called S.L.T. (Servant Leadership Team). Leadership training has become the flagship program in which all of our other programs are directed towards. Out of the 900+ youth that we served last year, a group of 15 youth were chosen to be a part of the SLT. Each youth was paired with a mentor from the business community. The mentors attended a one day training in which they were given an orientation of the Frayser community and the youth. Currently, the youth are studying John Maxwell’s The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership with their mentors. These youth serve their peers and community with a spirit of excellence. Our goal is to empower them spiritually, academically, and economically.
